Frank Ippolito is a makeup FX artist from Cleveland, Ohio. He began working with FX at a young age, making masks at the age of 10.
He was an early participant on the Syfy show “FACE OFF” appearing in two seasons of the series.
Frank owns his own FX workshop and is credited on many movies and TV series, including:
- The Mandalorian
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens
- Buffy the Vampire Slayer
- Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.
His favorite movie with special effects is John Carpenter’s The Thing.
