This is a logbook for special makeup effects lab/shop technicians to keep track of each foam latex run in order to troubleshoot if necessary later. In addition, this logbook contains batch measurements and mixing instructions, as well as foam latex notes and observations that can be helpful for troubleshooting potential problems that may occur.
